OLYMPIA – Sen. Bob Hasegawa offered a Senate Resolution, SR 8693, honoring a pioneering Washingtonian Wong Tsoo. He was a Chinese-American naval cadet who became an aeronautical engineer in our state early in the 20th century.

OLYMPIA – Sen. Bob Hasegawa honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in the state Senate. He highlights Dr. King’s dedication to social and economic justice for all, and his hope and dreams for not only his only children, but all children and all generations.

I also encourage you to follow the instructions below to check the daily list of bills being introduced in the Senate. They are typically posted at the close of business each day, usually around 5 p.m.

  1. http://leg.wa.gov/
  2. At the home page, on the left select “Bill Information”
  3. Select “Detailed Legislative Reports”
  4. Select “Text of a Legislative Document”
  5. Type “Short Titles” in the 1st search box and select “Find Documents”
  6. The most current Short Titles list is always at the bottom of the page.
